Undis Medical Team Attends professional Training on Critical Respiratory Care in Beijing


From August 30th to 31st, the Undis Medical team traveled to Beijing upon invitation to participate in the 2025 Training course on Critical Respiratory Care. This high-level academic event brought together numerous leading directors of together in respiratory and critical care medicine departments, head nurses of intensive care units, and respiratory therapists from across China. Undis Medical’s involvement enabled the team to deeply engage with clinical needs, connect with the latest nursing concepts and technological demands, and continuously integrate clinical insights into the company’s product innovation and R&D strategy.

At the training course, Undis’ closed suction system,high flow nasal cannula,heated wire breathing circuit and cpap masks attracted significant attention from clinical experts. Many experts not only examine product features in detail but also actively engaged in in-depth discussions with our team regarding clinical applicability, technological innovation, and potential future collaboration.

Head Nurse Qiao Hongmei emphasized the importance of nasal cannula device selection and personalized fitting in her session on comfort experience and risk management in high-flow oxygen therapy. She highlighted that the choice of headgear clips and proper securement can enhance the quality of gas delivery. Undis’s high-flow nasal cannula features a dual fastening system with both clip and neck strap, ensuring secure fixation while improving patient comfort.

Deputy Director Qi Xiaojiu, stressed the importance of the humidification in airway management. in her presentation on airway management in critical respiratory care, noted that the humidification target for artificial airways should achieve an absolute humidity of 33–44 mg/L. Undis’s heated breathing circuits maintain inspired gas temperature at 31–37°C and humidity at 30–44 mg/L, simulating the physiological airway environment to reduce mucosal dryness and cold stimulation. Regarding closed suction systems, she mentioned that recent evidence supports their superiority in reducing infection rates, preventing physiological changes, and minimizing mucosal injury. Undis’s closed suction system offer usage durations of 24 or 72 hours and are additionally equipped with interfaces for irrigation and injection.
